Pam Harris is a woman of integrity and purpose, known for her heart of encouragement and her belief that everyone has a unique purpose and spiritual gifts meant to build the Kingdom of God.

Professionally, Pam has dedicated the past 25 years to serving in various fields, including early childhood education, K-12 public education, post-secondary education, social services, and workforce and career development. She is currently on staff with the Mid-America Regional Council as the Project Coordinator and College Success Navigator for KC Degrees, a program that supports individuals in achieving their educational goals.

Pam also serves as a consultant with the DeVos Urban Leadership Initiative, a 15-month leadership program that equips urban youth leaders with state-of-the-art, faith-based leadership training. Pam is a 2008 graduate of this initiative and continues to use her training to inspire and empower others.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Development and Family Life from the University of Kansas and a Master’s degree in Organizational Development Psychology from Avila University. With a passion for lifelong learning, Pam aspires to pursue a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership to further serve her community.

Pam is married to Dr. Artrell Harris, minister of the Roswell Church in Kansas City, KS, and together they have one daughter. Deeply committed to her community, Pam is passionate about helping individuals achieve spiritual and emotional wholeness and wellness. She encourages others to live in alignment with their God-given purpose, striving to be both naturally and spiritually healthy.

Her philosophy is simple: Treat others as you would like to be treated and ALWAYS put God first.
