Jimmy Dodd is an author, speaker, and the founder and CEO of PastorServe, a ministry that strengthens the Church by serving pastors across denominational lines. In addition to his leadership at PastorServe, Jimmy serves with organizations such as Cross International and Unite KC.

Jimmy is married to Sally, and they have five children, one daughter-in-law, and five grandchildren. Two of their daughters were adopted from China. Together, Jimmy and Sally co-authored The Magnificent Names of Jesus, a children’s devotional released in early 2022.

Jimmy is the General Editor of the PastorServe Series, a collection of books designed to support pastors. He is the author of Survive or Thrive: 6 Relationships Every Pastor Needs, Pastors Are People Too (co-authored with Larry Magnuson), and What Great Leaders Get Right: Six Core Competencies Every Leader Needs (co-authored with Renaut van der Riet).

In his free time, Jimmy enjoys reading, taking walks with his wife Sally and their dog Finn, and cheering on his beloved Kansas Jayhawks at Allen Fieldhouse in Lawrence, Kansas.
