Gregory Ealey is a native of Austin, Texas, and is married to Selena Ealey. Together, they have two children, Elias and Emmanuel. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus in Accounting from Texas State University. Gregory furthered his education with a Master of Theology degree in Pastoral Leadership from Dallas Theological Seminary and a Doctor of Ministry degree from Western Baptist Bible College.

Gregory’s ministry journey includes working with The Urban Alternative, a ministry led by Dr. Tony Evans. He also served as a chaplain and Area Team Leader with Marketplace Chaplains, USA. For eight years, Gregory was the ninth pastor of Paseo Baptist Church in Kansas City, Missouri. Currently, he serves as the Campus Pastor for Colonial Presbyterian Church’s South Kansas City campus.

Beyond his pastoral roles, Gregory has been deeply involved in community and collaborative initiatives. He served as the Executive Director for Elevate KC, a city-wide effort addressing issues such as education, human trafficking, fatherlessness, and racial healing. He also helps lead the Church domain for Unite KC, an initiative focused on racial healing in Kansas City. His leadership extends to serving on the board of The Signatry, a ministry with a mission to fund the completion of the Great Commission, and as an executive team member for Pray-KC.

Gregory is the author of Why Me? Why Now?: A Biblical Perspective on Brokenness, a book that offers insights into finding purpose in life's challenges. Above all, he desires to be known as a servant of God, living to bring glory to Him in all that he does.
