Arthur Jackson. After 28 years of pastoral ministry in the Chicago area Arthur, and his wife Shirley, returned to the Kansas City area. He joined the PastorServe team in the fall of 2016. His ministry there includes coaching, consulting and assisting pastors and churches in crisis.
